What a long 6 hours! The nurse just came in and checked Tiffany. She is still 3 cm dilated. This was very disappointing to Tiffany. We had hoped that she had progressed much further by now. They did tell her this is the longest stage of labor and after she is dilated 6-8cm then it will go much faster. We hope so! She is starting to get uncomfortable to say the least so she has requested an epidural. We have to all step out of the room for this procedure. I will update when I have more information.
