Nickolas spent the night with us a few nights ago. After he woke up we were in the kitchen and he spotted Smarties Candy. He said, "Candy!" When I asked him if he wanted candy for breakfast he got so excited and said, "Ok!" I gave him a few at a time and noticed he was putting them in his truck. It was pretty cute. When he was done, he said, "More candy, Tonya" Instead of more candy, we went outside. He was equally satisfied. This kid loves being outside! Nana was watering some newly planted grass seed in the yard, and Nickolas had to get in on the action. So, she gave a 2 year old a water hose with a spray nozzle. Very brave, Nana. Nickolas did ok with it after several times of me saying, "Nickolas, spray the grass. Don't spray Nana or Tonya." We finally saw an opportunity to turn the water off and say, Bye Bye water. He was ok with that. Whew, close one.
