Yesterday I watched Nickolas and Alyssa for a few hours. We played outside and I brought out the bubble shooter from last year. Nickolas LOVED it!! Of course, last year he was too little to play with it, but this year he is all about it. Alyssa even liked the bubbles. After lunch and playing, Nana and Bobby came home. Mom was home for about 10 min when she decided to give Mr. Nickolas his birthday present early. She has had it for a while, so it was only a matter of time before she broke down. Bobby and Nickolas put it together. Nickolas was very interested in helping with the assembly. Once it was together and outside, we filled it with water and let them play. At first Alyssa was on the sidelines, but we decided to get her in on the action, too. She loved it! She splashed in the water and played with the toys. Before long, they were both soaking wet. Good idea to give him his birthday present early, Nana!!
