Photo Shoot With Aunt Tonya!!

Nickolas is all over the place these days! So for some relief for mommy when she is here, I try to take him outside for a few min at least. He is really into cars right now. I mean REALLY into cars. He loves to go outside and watch the cars go by in front of our house. He will be so good and just watch the road. While we were out there I decided to bring my camera along and take pictures. Hard to believe, I know. He would not look at me at all. He was fixed on the road and every time a car would go by he would point and say, "Car!" He had no interest in the photo shoot. The only time he looked at me was in the first picture when I asked him if he wanted to go outside.

After the photo shoot he was ready for a drink! It was so hot outside that day.

This is typical Nickolas....loves to play with the blinds. Every time he touches them one of us will say, "No, No Nickolas!" He looks at us and stops for a few seconds....then he is back touching them. Usually by the time he leaves we have pulled all the blinds out of his reach. It will be a miracle if they survive.

Playing at Ruthie's

We all went to Ruthie's on Sunday for pizza. When Nickolas came in all the little kids went straight to him. He is still too little to play with them but the first thing they want to do is take him outside to play. It is so cute. Nickolas gave Luke a hug and a kiss when he saw him! It was funny. Kaleb wanted him to go out on the porch and play with the other kids. He was slightly bummed when we told him he had to stay inside. He decided to stay inside with Nickolas. They laughed at Nickolas and then Nickolas would laugh back..it was so cute. It won't be long before Nickolas is out playing with his cousins.

Ruthie, JB and Nickolas

Ruthie, JB, Andrew and Nickolas. Ruthie is actually cracking up in these two pictures. She said we were making her laugh so hard because of what we were doing to get the kids attention. I am sure we looked silly.

This picture cracks me up. It is so NOT like Nickolas. He looks so serious.

Now, this is typical Nickolas! Always cheesing for the camera.

All the little kids were swimming so Nana decided to take Nickolas swimming...in her blue jeans. She wanted him to go swimming and that was the only way! Nickolas loves the water. He does not like being in a float. You can't even get both legs on the float without him freaking out. So he holds on to any hand he can find and walks on the steps. He sticks his face in and tries to drink the water. He is getting brave around the water. He will walk right in if you don't watch him every second.

After all the swimming and excitement, Nickolas was one sleepy baby!

He was so ready to fall asleep.

Matching Cousins

Adam and Amber came in from Kingsport for Tiffany's shower. Amber noticed from Nickolas' birthday pictures that JB had an outfit just like the one Nickolas got for his birthday. So she brought it in and luckily Nickolas had his on hand as well. Then the next day at Ruthie's JB was wearing an outfit and Tiffany came in and said, "Hey Nickolas has that same outfit and I brought it with me!" So we took pictures of them matching two days in a row. It was pretty cute. Nickolas couldn't keep his hands off of JB. He wanted to pat him on the head a lot...not sure why!

Tiffany's Baby Shower

We had Tiffany's baby shower this past weekend. It went well! We had a great turn out. Thanks to everyone who came! Tiffany received a lot of pink stuff! We are getting so excited around here.

These are measuring spoon party favors. Everybody loved them.

This is the cake I made for the shower. Yummy!

Abigail and Ruthie

Check out his shirt. All I have to say is "Not for long, Nickolas!"

Aunt Debbie gave this blanket to Baby Girl. She gave Nickolas one at his baby shower. They are both so cute!

Tiffany received this Bumbo seat. Luckily we had a few models on hand to try it out! Thanks baby Allison and baby Emma!

Me and Tiffany

She got a lot of stuff! Thanks again to everybody who came! And a special thanks to Mom because without you we couldn't have done it!!!
