Long eyelashes...and little toes...

Here are a few pictures from a couple of different days. He was sleeping next to me in his car seat and his feet were sticking out...so I snapped a few pictures of his little feet. Then we were at mom's and he was sleeping there, too. So I grabbed a few more shots of his cuteness!!!

When he sleeps he has to have something next to his face! It is so cute. He will hold on to a burp cloth or a blanket or anything ,then he will fall right to sleep.

Little Man

He looks so big in this outfit!! These are the same jeans that I couldn't wait for him to grow into. He still has some room to grow, of course. He will stand if you hold each of his hands. He gets a little wobbly, but for the most part he does really well!! The last picture he was falling..... He can not sit alone yet. Tiffany was like, "Ok, I'm letting go riiiiight now!" Then I snapped the picture. I wasn't fast enough to catch him sitting up. Then he did a nose dive into the carpet........

They look so tiny sitting here. I just had to take a picture. And...well...then I had to post the picture. Haha. I am so addicted to that little guy and everything about him!!!

Hanging out with Aunt Tonya

I went to get Nickolas last Wednesday night so Tiffany and Wes could have a break. Then I kept him all day Thursday. Good times.

When I got there, he was so tired. He looked so pitiful.

We put him in his pajamas, because we knew he would fall asleep on the way to my house.

When we arrived at my house, I took him and layed him down. He didn't sleep there all night. (I was hoping...but no such luck) He woke up at 2, 4, 5, 8 then we finally got up at 9. Most of these times I just had to reinsert his paci. He gets so upset when that thing falls out. So I was up and down most of the night.

He woke up smiling!! I didn't even talk to him..he would just smile. What a joy to wake up to!!! He's so sweet. We started our day. I started him out with a bath..he loves taking baths.

Then later that day we took a walk around my aparment complex. We walked to check the mail. He loved being outside! He didn't make one sound while we were strolling around. He just looked around.

Then we came back for a little play time in the floor.

He is so cute while you feed him. He will put one hand around your thumb and the other hand around your pinky while you are holding the bottle. He has to be holding on to something while he eats. It can be a burp cloth or anything...

Then down for another nap!! He slept for about an hour here.

Then after a long day, he finally went back to his mommy and daddy!! We had so much fun. Tiffany said that her and Wes didn't even wake up all night. I asked her if she woke up and wondered where Nickolas was even for a second. She said..."No, we didn't move all night. It was great!" So I am glad they can relax enough to get some sleep when he's with me. Everybody needs a break once in a while.

Slacking...

Just wanted to say sorry about the lack of posts recently!! I recently moved and school just started. I've been so busy!! I watched Nickolas all day last Thursday. My days off are Thursday's and Friday's so I should be watching him every Thursday. I am so excited about this!! Last Thursday we hung out at home most of the day. I was able to take him and get his 3 month picture taken. We went to Portriat Innovations. I was very pleased with them. They were supposed to take 45-60 frames, however, little Nickolas had another plan in mind. After about 12 shots, he started crying. Loud. So the session ended. I was able to pick out a few poses. So better luck next time!! (I will definately bring someone with me next time, probably his daddy to make him smile and his mommy to sooth him when he freaks out again). I am not sure if I can post the actual picture...so if you're interested just let me know and we can try to get one to you! Nickolas is eating every 3 hours still. He is getting cereal in almost every bottle. Milk alone will not last....he is usually ready to eat in about an hour to an hour and a half if you just give him formula. (I found this out the hard way) Could be why he cried so loud at the portriat studio. Oops! Tiffany says he is starting to "play" more. He will watch his DVD and coo at it. He will roll over almost immediately if you lay him on his tummy. Or he will get tired and fall asleep. He is still sleeping in his bassinett (or car seat) next to Tiffany and Wes. His tummy issues have been cured! He is starting to sit in his high chair. Oh and he is growing out of ALL of his clothes!!!! He is such a good baby. I believe we are all caught up! I'll try not to slack again!! :-)

We Miss You Guys!!

Mom, Ruthie and Grandpa have been in Arizona way too long!! It is time to come home!! They should be home in about a week. We sure miss them around here.
