Yes, he is in the floor.

Ok, this is why he is in the floor: I was holding him and he was sleeping so good. I said to mom, "Wonder what he will do if I just lay him in the floor?" As soon as I layed him down, he woke up. Duh, Tonya. Because babies are not really supposed to lay on the hard wood floor, it looked funny. So, you know me, I broke out the camera. :-) **Mommy and Daddy were not here at this time. So there was nobody to stop us.** haha, poor little Nickolas. He's got a long road ahead.....

Mohawk

He is just too cute. We gave him a mohawk at mom's today. His daddy doesn't like this hairdo that much. But, for whatever reason, we think it is so stinkin cute!! His hair is getting kinda long, so we will soon give him "baby hair", as my friends little girl calls it. (she is 4) For those of you who do not know, "Baby Hair" is the mohawk like spike in the middle that has a curl in it. Very soon, he will have enough hair to put the curl in it. Until then, he will continue to rock the straight mohawk.

Nick's new bedroom at Nana's

Aunt Jean brought this crib and changing table down from Michigan. She had picked it up for mom at a garage sale!! It is in very good shape. So now when little Nickolas comes over, he has a place to sleep! (not that we will give him a chance to lay in there, but maybe one day)

I put these jeans on Nickolas. I think they were size 9 months. It is so fun to dress him to see what he looks like in all of his clothes. Tiff says if she could find some overalls small enough for Nickolas, she would buy them!! I think it's cute. Ruthie says, "You better not bring that baby over here in overalls!!" haha. I can't wait for him to grow just a little bit more so he can fit in some of his 0-3 months clothes. I definately can't wait till he fits in these cute jeans!! Sorry, Ruthie. :-)

Has it been one month already????

I guess it has! Wow, that was a quick month. Nickolas is exactly one month old today.

I went over to see Nickolas today. He was on the couch as usual. Tiffany puts him here when she knows I am coming, because she knows I will pick him up. I sat down next to him and said, "Oh Nickolas...You're one month old today!!" He smiled at me. Not kidding. He wasn't all about the photo session today, but we did manage to get a few cute shots!! Check out his onesie. Mom got it for him. It has his name on it. How cute is that?!?

He was fussy, so I put his passy in and wrapped him up in this blanket he was laying on. Thought this was a cute picture.

Linda, from my work, got Nickolas this outfit! He looks pretty cute in it. Thanks Linda!!

Those Hands!

Nickolas always, always has his hands close to his face. He is just so cute. Tiffany has ultrasound pictures of his hands like this.

Getting better....

Nickolas spent the night with me on Saturday night. He did so much better than last time!! He slept until 1am, I fed and changed him..then back to sleep he went! No problems. He slept until 4am. However, I did not sleep! Haha, It's funny. Even though he is sound asleep, I can' sleep! I keep waiting on him to wake up, so I do not get any rest. Mom says I will get used to this the more I keep him. Let's hope so!! He started getting fussy around 5am, so it was off and on until about 8am. We started our day then. He got a nice warm bath and he ate again. Then he was off to sleep until I took him home at 12!! We had a great time, and can't wait to do it all again!!

Where's Nickolas?

Thanks to Gymboree, Nick has a blanket to match his shirt exactly. When I put him down, he just looked so funny. All I could see through my lens, was his head! Oh yeah, and his orange pants.

I watched Nickolas for a few hours today. He was so good!! After he ate, he stayed awake for a really long time! He was so alert. Can't wait to keep him again tomorrow night.

Not quite ready for size 3

Stephanie, Jan and Michelle got these shoes for Nickolas. I remember Stephanie telling me not to forget what size they are. She said one day it will mean something to me. All I know is that they are way way to big!! We knew that. But he was in a really good mood today, so I put these on him just to see what they would look like. Me and Tiffany laughed out loud...a lot. Too cute!
